The Endo Vida
Latina founded endometriosis lifestyle blog dedicated to sharing experiences, stories and practical tips for making daily life with Endometriosis a little less shitty.

Hola I'm Crystal
I’m the globe-trotting, plant-loving, journal-scribbling, coconut-milk-simmering mujer behind The Endo Vida. I’m a techie by trade, a storyteller by heart, and a wellness warrior out of pure necessity. I’ve been through hell and high deductibles. I’ve blacked out on bathroom floors, cried in front of doctors who didn’t believe me, and rebuilt myself in quiet moments no one ever saw. But I’m still here, crafting something beautiful from the messy middle. Follow along as I share the adventures and misadventures of life with endo, one vulnerable, real-ass post at a time.

I Eat, I Travel, I Endo and I Write About All of it.
Im a Latina who has been navigating life with endo and adeno for 20+ years. I created this space to finally tell the truth about what it’s like to live, eat, travel, and date in a body that never gives me a break.
This isn’t curated content or polished wellness advice. These are real stories from my personal journey. I share what’s helped me, what hasn’t, and everything in between.

Eating with Endometriosis Takes Work. But Good Food Is Still on the Table
Whether I’m testing a recipe in my kitchen or finding foodie gems around the world, I’m all about good food that doesn’t trigger my pain. Here You’ll find me blabbing about clean eating swaps, recipes, cooking class moments, and my favorite endo friendly finds that actually taste good.

Where Endo Meets Adevnture
From dreamy destinations to stress-free stays, I’ll show you how to Travel the world while managing Endometriosis.
